Paige’s Daily Workout

Paige has a love for fitness and it shows in her lean, athletic build. In order to keep in shape and keep her body strong for golfing, she starts out with cardio exercises in the morning, such as running stairs, sprints or distance running. From there, she heads to the golf course where she practices either 9 or 18 holes. Each night she does a series of weight lifting. Paige believes that exercising and staying fit can only improve your golf game and judging from her game, she’s right.
