Okay, if you are a rude, overly demanding or difficult passenger then there is a file. Some attendants shared that even frequent flyers will be noted (and attached to the passenger’s account) that passenger “x” is a problem customer. So if you don’t want a permanent record, it is probably advisable to be nice to the crew.
