However, he could not have done it without the help of a world-class mountain climber, Gym Jones . This man invented the “300-rep Spartan Workouts,” that consists of performing 25 pull-ups, 50 pushups, 50 deadlifts with 140 pounds, 50 jumps on 24-inch boxes, 50 floor wipers and 25 more pull-ups without having in-between breaks.
