This one is quite the picture, as it shows the fairly obvious ‘hypocrisy’ of the North Korean government. In the picture above you see a lady buying some groceries in a supermarket. In any other country this would be nothing special, but here it’s different.North Korea proudly calls itself a communist country. As such, things like these shouldn’t happen, as it shows that the wealth isn’t equally distributed among its citizens.
Pyongyang only has two supermarkets to being with, and those are only allowed to be used by the elite, who are the only ones who can really afford to buy on them to begin with.
