You can only see Princess Diana’s hair in the photo but that’s her in the back of the car. She would die moments later after being run off the road by eager paparazzi. The death of Diana, Princess of Wales, was marked by uncertainty as to the direct cause of the crash, and accusations of a cover-up.
An investigation in 2008 found that Diana and Dodi Fayed were the victims of gross negligence by chauffeur Henry Paul, who was allegedly struggling with substance addiction at the time.
