6. Train Surfing
In overcrowded areas in the world, train passengers who couldn’t fit inside of the vehicles would end up holding onto the sides and roof of the transport. Inspired by this, thrill seekers around the globe have taken to riding trains, testing their balance and seeking out a rush of adrenaline in spite of the dangers involved. Considered by some groups to be a type of extreme sport, train surfing is illegal in many countries due to the likelihood of serious injury or death.
