9. Chris Hemsworth: Thor

It takes one a lot of dedication in order to resemble the God of Thunder, especially if you look at Chris Hemsworth in the movies he featured in before Thor. Thankfully, Chris had a former Navy SEAL with him to help him build arms and shoulders that are worthy of Mjolnir. His workout was a very old school bodybuilding routine. As his trainer will testify, the weight lifting was necessary but what really acheived the results was Chris’ work ethic. Chris used no supplements, he just went hard for every single workout in addition to a solid protein diet.
