In addition to being gun wielding killers and robbers who terrorized shop owners and bank tellers all over the central United States for a 2 year period in the 1930s, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow were also early photo buffs. Here is one of the many now famous images that were found by the police on an undeveloped roll of film left behind at the couple and their gang’s hideout in Joplin, Missouri.

The sign may say “Don’t Walk” but it doesn’t say “Don’t Climb the Street Post and Sit on Top of the Sign While Wearing Your Roller Skates”, does it? Thus, we can’t say that the girl in this photo taken in San Francisco in 1989 is doing anything wrong, can we?

This photo shows a teenage Jimi Hendrix proudly jamming out on his first electric guitar in front of his family home in Seattle in 1957. The left handed Hendrix only ever played right handed guitars, flipping them over and restringing them. Hence, the pick guard and knobs are above the strings, not below them as they should be.
