The answer, surprising no one, is yes. The bad-boy was rude to a fan with Down Syndrome during a meet-and-greet. He stormed off stage during his concert and said, “I’m not doing the show”, and even called a fan ‘beached whale.’ So yeah, more than enough reasons to say that pop-star Justin Bieber is without a doubt the epitome of a jerk.
