Sour Beer

The more you drink sours, the more you’ll be able to choose good ones. Buy bottles when you can and share them with friends. A lot of bottle conditioned beers will only get better with time. We’ve got a collection of Russian River sours aging, just waiting for the right occasion to pop one open. Local craft beer bars often have bottle shares. Everyone brings one or two unique bottles and shares them. You can end up trying lots of different varieties, and maybe you’ll make a friend, or even a lady friend. If you’re at a bar, you can always ask for a sample of a sour before you order a draft. If you’re going to splurge on a bottle, choose a brewery you like and trust.
