Best known for his role on the comedy show, Will and Grace, Sean Hayes publicly announced to the world that he was gay in October 2010. He kept his orientation a secret as he did not want to jeopardize his chances of getting good acting jobs. Hayes has always been apologetic to the gay community for hiding this for many years.
