Famous MLB player Lenny Dykstra knows bankruptcy fraud and bankruptcy all too well. After being the 86′ world series champion and a 12-year career between the Phillies and Mets, you would think a guy has more to offer than his name. Lenny took a turn for the worst when his charter jet company went downhill and filed for bankruptcy and approximately $50 million in liabilities. Dykstra is no stranger to violations. It is reported he destroyed many of his assets which was a violation of the agreement of bankruptcy which landed him a 6 1/2 month incarceration sentence when he was currently serving three years for grand theft auto.
