This is another of Tom from Myspace’s incredible photos. This is from Iceland as well. It’s of the famous Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis. Northern Lights can be seen in the Northern Hemisphere closer to the North Pole. They are caused when gaseous particles from the Earth’s atmosphere meet particles from the Sun’s atmosphere. It results in these amazing colorful skies.
