This former Playboy model married her pitching great husband of the Philadelphia Phillies in December of 2006. She competed on the 6th season of the television show, Survivor which airs on CBS. They have three children together, and Heidi runs their charitable foundation, The Hamels Foundation which is dedicated to funding various childhood education projects.
