Unless you follow the 49ers, you’ve never heard of Garrett Celek…that’s because he’s a back-up tight end for the Niners (his brother Brent Celek, who you have heard of, plays tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles). Garrett may not be winning on the field yet…but he sure is winning off the field with girlfriend and 2012 Hooters Finalist Sarah Hinton.
