Annie Lawless is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. After moving away from Phoenix Annie Lawless moved to California where she started to study for a law degree. After she found that law school was not working out for her, she chose to take a different path.

Annie started her own juicing business. Her fondness for health food has its start with her childhood. She had issues with eczema when she was a child. She was also diagnosed with celiac disease. Celiac disease can be treated by removing food which causes celiac disease reactions.

Therefore, as she had the experience with eating healthily from her living with celiac disease, she realized that she could use her knowledge to help others to eat more healthy food. She had already seen the benefits of a healthy diet as after she eliminated sugar and grains from her diet, she found that her eczema was no longer bothering her.

After she started to live a life where she was eating healthy she started a business which would help others to eat more healthily as well. Her, and her business partner Eric, started delivering fresh juices to the Southern California region. While working on her juice delivery business she managed to make the acquaintance of a businessman who had the connections she needed to expand her business.

After she started working with businessman James Brennan her company, Suja, expanded to a nationwide market. She had her products sold in Whole Foods, which allowed her to access a much larger market than she had worked with previously. Annie’s hobbies are as healthy as her juice, and she enjoys yoga, making new recipes, and blogging.
